• Your documents are transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy and data processing terms.
• We do not use your uploaded documents or claim data to train AI models. Your data is processed solely to deliver the Service to you.

We use the following third-party services to operate ClaimTightAI:

• Anthropic Claude API — AI processing of documents and generation of claims packages. Anthropic processes data in accordance with their privacy policy and enterprise terms.
